This Return & Refund Policy provides the details on how returns and replacements are handled for any damaged or defective items.
Eligibility for Replacements: Replacements are only offered for items that are damaged or defective at the time of delivery.To eligible for a replacement, you must inform us within 7 days of receiving the product.

When reporting the issue, please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- Product name and description
- Detail Description of the problem with the product
- An unboxing video along with images of the damage or defect
Note: A unboxing video is mandatory for the return/replacement process. No return or replacement will be processed without this video proof. The video should show the first-time opening of the parcel. Unpacked or repacked items are not acceptable. The label with the customer’s name and address must be clearly visible in unboxing video.
Verification and Confirmation: Our Customer Support team will review your request and may ask for additional details or images to verify the issue. After verification, we will confirm whether your product is eligible for a replacement.
Replacement Process: If your product eligible for a replacement, we will process the replacement as soon as possible.if your request is approved, our team will instruct you to return the product to our warehouse. After receiving it, we will send the replacement to the address you provided.
Return Policy: Returns are only accepted for items in their original sealed packaging. You must initiate the return within 7 working days, and refunds will be processed within 7 business days thereafter. Our team will provide you with the return address and details on how to return your order via email.
Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only if the product is out of stock or unavailable for replacement. If your product is eligible for refund, refunds will be processed through the original payment method. The refunded amount will cover the product's purchase price and applicable taxes, but will not include shipping or handling fees.
Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, or damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items: Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Kindly note that this refund and replacement policy is subject to the terms and conditions mentioned above. We reserve the right to reject returns or replacements that do not meet the specified criteria. If any item is missing or damaged, an unboxing video must be provided, recorded within one hour of receiving the package. Without this video, only the missing or broken part will be replaced. Returns are only accepted for damaged or defective products. If you wish to return a product for any other reason (not damaged or defective), an inconvenience fee of 25-30% of the product price will be deducted from your refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
